8. How much maintenance is required?
- The guiding factors that determine a pools cost are its size, water features, grade of
your lot, equipment and materials. An estimate is obtained when one of our design
professionals consult with you at your home, determine your design preferences and
combine that with your lots terrain and size. This information is required to
accurately quote you.
2. Will it cost anything to get an estimate?
- No, after our design professional consults with you about design, reviews your lot
specifics you will be provided with an accurate computer design and quote. If you
wish to use our design but not our build services there is a fee.
3. Will your company help me with my homeowners association
and/or permit?
- Yes, we will make sure that all of the necessary paperwork is taken care of with your
HOA and city permits office. If a permit is required, Rio Vista will do the work
necessary to obtain the permit.
4. How long will it take to build my pool?
- The average pool project requires 6 weeks from excavation to completion, however
each individual project will have a schedule set that the client will be a part of.
5. Does the type of soil in my yard effect the duration of build or
cost?
- If you have solid rock it may require a longer excavation time. However it does not
effect the cost. We do not have a “Rock Clause” in our contract. The cost of
excavation is the same regardless the type of soil or the length of the dig.
6. Who will be building my pool?
- The construction process is supervised by one of the owners, RD Latimer, who has
years of experience in all types of construction. He will over see and manage our
certified and skilled craftsmen during the build of your pool.
7. How do I go about selecting my pool’s design style and materials?
- We present you with a design based on your homes architect, your personal style,
and your use requirements and we have a design center for you to choose your tiles
and finishes.
8. How much maintenance is required?
- In general, our Premier Package Pool requires 5 minutes of maintenance a week.
